David,

don't know why so much volume but don't like this volume on a dn day. Who is selling? Looking back at the trades today, the first block was 50K shares at around 9:45 for 36.5. At the time, bid ask was 37 1/4 by 37 1/2. The next two 50K blocks were around 10:50, at 36 and 36 1/8. Two more 50K blocks around 1:20, both below best bid at the time..... This pattern continued till close.

A fund has to be selling to generate the volume and I am guessing it is a sell since most trades are on the bid side or lower.

Who are the big fund holders? I hope it is not insider or Allen Benn selling.

Ramsey

> Anyone know why such heavy volume today!

Lot's of buyers and sellers -- more sellers, I'd say ;->

I think the recently announced acquisitions have created
a small amount of uncertainty among less knowledgeable
WIND investors, and they are choosing to go to the sidelines
and wait and see how WIND does in the near-term.

Just my guess.
