I believe Brad nixed the idea of any discussions about an equity offering. If you feel so strongly, why didn't you address him directly. A company rep was on the line and I didn't see you offer up one question (intelligent or otherwise) posed to Brad. And yet a number of posts back, you were crowing about how you wanted to confront the whole management team at the annual meeting.

That music you're hearing is a whistling sound coming from between your ears.
