CRT seems to be based on the stupid idea that our entire system is inherently racist. That inequity is somehow the fault of "the system", and that somehow, this is holding back the black man. That video flies in the face of those absurd claims. It represents more the Benjamin Carson view, that "I was not abused by the system, but if it were systemic I would have been". And in fact he was insanely successful in every respect as a result of hard work and persistence.
