Biden can make a thousand concessions and republicans still won't vote for it. Biden is proving to Manchin that no matter what he does, they won't govern because they can't. Now we wait to see what happens. It looks like this is the last spending bill they can pass this year, even though the law says there are 13. The Parliamentarian says the filibuster forbids any future legislation. Recall, they get paid $14,500 a month to sit around and do nothing. Republicans destroyed the US Senate and there's nothing we can do about it until after the election when we'll pick up a lot more seats.
