Now go ahead and cyber-slap me around and tell me what I should-a-could-a done! Oh no, I'm a big fan of DELL. I tell people if they are not gonna build thier own then buy a DELL. You have a damn nice PC! Strange though how the Video card is freezing you up. I would check STB's web site (tech support) for some info. My kid runs an ATI TV video card and it has been working fine, perhaps they have a driver fix or something. Good luck on USR tech support, as a shareholder I'm sure your counting on results <G>
