Ah, sh**. I was afraid of this. I really don't understand this.
NASDAQ has been really tough lately on these weak, small cap
stocks. Why so many extensions? NTII was in violation for over
six months and had two extensions... they got the data they
wanted (more or less) and then... nothing. I'm puzzled.

Now life will be really tough for NTII. Not many companies come
back after delisting. Even with financing and a partnership,
doesn't NTII have to petition to get listed again? Could be
quite awhile before we see the small-cap list.

Looks like I'll have ample capital losses to offset gains this
year.... :o(

He mentions no discussions with drug companies. Does this
suggest that none are interested? Or would financing from
individual or institutional investors be preferred for some
reason. Is this a tradeoff between dilution or royalty-sharing?
