extinguished one: I think venenzuela wants to stop the bad rep it has had re bribery and corruption. It got so bad that no-one tried, as whatever you did someone would bribe another and get your property. Like indonesia before the cows were set up. Now once a cow is set up it has been left alone to operate, and )until BRE-X) restored the country to respectability(to a degree, bribery was everywhere, from customs sheds to inspectors of mines at all level, and still is) So a win for KRY will do that.
