Angel,

If you will check around, you will find that this is a pretty standard letter used by the SEC in this situation. I think the wording of a letter from the SEC does require careful analysis and I think the wording in this letter is very clear. Back to you.

Angel: That is proper wording. The SEC writes very well. Tell me are you more concerned with the manner in which messages are written, than the content. If you had been doing your DD as you claim, you would have read the letter at the SEC site. That would have left little doubt as to it's authenticity.

People could learn so much if they actually read letters and articles, rather than determining if they like them or not due to the content or the author. What good does it do you to try and demean the SEC letter. Do you have concern for it's content?

AD:

Really, I have a hard time looking at the exact phrasing of the letter and I think the constant reference to it is irrellevant.

LOL, I guess it's relevant enough to prevent you from selling your shares.

P.S. Yeah, that's the ticket. The SEC wanted to make sure the short squeeze worked so they halted the stock so nobody could sell out until all the certificates were delivered. And a... I've got a date later with Morgan...a Morgan Fairchild... Yeah, that's the ticket.
