Excellent analysis, Bernie. The MM built in a rather large margin for himself as he probably figures there is more LGNDW yet to be dumped, but he probably doesn't know when it will hit the market.

Bernie, The bid on LGNDW has already been raised to 5 1/4 and the ask is back to 5 1/2 (although the size is just 500). The after hours trade can be seen by the public, but it is only reflected in the volume at most places (it doesn't show up on intraday charts, only tapes that show trades before the open and after the close show the 112.5K block @ 5 just after the close last night).
The public can view the action at no charge at:
quote.com
(Just put LGNDW in the symbol box - the box will toggle between a tape showing the last 12 transactions and a table showing bid ask and daily activity - however, this morning there were many bid/ask changes on the tape, so last night's block can now longer be seen, but it was viewable all night long).
