Axle does not have a string of profitable quarters, they have a string of profitable years. Mar 97 they lost (.02) for that quarter, so if they break even this march it would be a positive. Concerning the other persons remark on how i expect axle to trade at a p.e. of 20. Small caps are not doing very well at the moment, but i believe before the year is up they will start to improve. Last dec when the stock was at 2 the p.e. was 18. So i dont see how you can say that it wont trade near a p.e. of 20 some time this year. Especially if they make .19 for the year which i fully expect them to. Then again maybe not. My money says they will. Time will tell. No insiders have been selling in the last year, as a matter of fact they have been buying. So they must have a positive view on the company. I dont like these El Nino storms hitting the west coast. Not good for business i would assume. Good Luck. (Barring any unforseen troubles i am going to give them a year and then see how things shape up. Patience.
