I know it was May 2020. Thats the point. Fauci knew than that masks were essentially symbolic way back towards the beginning. If they had said look if you are inside in close quarters to others wear a mask i would say ok. But they didnt. They didnt differentiate between inside and outside etc. Thats a tell that there is some other agenda besides public safety. And to see people outside in the park walking alone with masks etc shows a complete lack of common sense and shows how much unjustified fear they created.
