big guy.. they also have tanks in NY,NJ,Staten ISLE,LI.ETC they are majors.. and most certainly have someone in charge of their refineries concessions reporting in.. and people checking each other.. aipn has three ex nascar skoal hat wearin' overalled hicks watching their refinery and reporting over a cb radio to nobody.. sitting in a lonely ramshackle "security hut"{read ex outhouse} watching reruns of deliverance and wishing they had all of their teeth. they have no oil, contracts etc to be based in NYC.. pay NY scale salaries and other additional expenses.. they do not need to be near the commodities houses.. they have no commodity to sell.. they should be based en camp.. in the refinery area.. not in some hi-rise in NYC.. yadda,yadda,yadda.. my point is cat's away, mice will play.. and aipn is a rodent infested ship.. "where's woody" taxi hey what about that old lobbyist guy? what has he done lately?
