Thanks for your interest in the RMIL shareholder Value cartel. On August 22, 1997 at around noon the shareholders dropped the hammer and started calling in certs for their shares. This happened when several Market Markers banded together to drop the bottom out of the stock. We as shareholders MUST all call for the stock certs as this will force the shorts to cover their naked short positions.
