Hi Scott,

Re: 144A/R Conv Bonds.

My understanding is that 144A bonds (only available to QIB (qualified institutional investors)) can be traded by us if they are registered. Value Line shows these bonds are registered by placing an R behind (ie. 144A/R).

Any experience trading with these type bonds?
