These things remind me of laser beams that people run back and forth on a wall for their cats to go bonkers trying to catch.

I think her analysis was a bit more credible than that in the video Tim posted from the guy who claimed the speed figures were being manipulated. I got his claims, but it seems this woman has a better grasp on what she’s seeing then he did.
