No. LOW IQ FatRump touted low doses of HCQ as a COVID prophylactic, claiming it would prevent COVID infection. That was proven untrue, and he was wrong. The study you cite says mega doses of HCQ/AZM may be effective in reducing mortality of seriously ill COVID patients who are already on ventilators and near death. 80% of them died anyway.
