Not sure what you mean? Our debt problem was NOT bipartisan if I am understanding you correctly. We could have been debt free in 12 years if we had just continued on with the taxes as they were. Then Bush cut taxes on the rich and started two dumb wars. He also caused the great recession. Then Ryan cut taxes on the rich and Trump cut taxes on the rich!?
