Nope. That makes as much sense as saying Matt Gaetz would have been justified in killing that 17 year old girl because she told him she was 18, then claiming he killed her because she tricked him into having sex with a child. If you're going to blow your load in a stranger's mouth, and you have a gender preference, it's your responsibility to at least take a quick look to verify that person's gender before sticking it in their mouth.
