Thanks S.M. for your balanced and realistic perspective.

When you think of all the stresses we have had to cope with in holding Sungold shares, the last thing we need is to create more by tussling between ourselves. My apologies to anyone who may have taken offense at my protectiveness of the company and shareholders. My words were not directed at anyone personally. It's just that the negative presence of the shorts and journalists has probably made me overly cautious, perhaps to the point of paranoia. I believe we can all benefit from open discussion. Now that we have passed the initial 30 day period on the Nasdaq OTC-BB, perhaps it isn't necessary to be so careful.

Thanks S.M. for pointing out the state of the JV negotiations. I've been staying out of it recently in the belief that since a press release hasn't been issued, the company is still negotiating the contract. Kim pointed out a week or two ago that once this contract is finalized, Sungold will have completed the essential part of its work on the Michigan project. After that the company will have to abide forever with the terms of the contract. I, for one, would rather that the company take its time and get it right.
