Musya-- My understanding is that the SEC does not approve of releasing any info on SI before a public press release. I believe they have stated that the SI threads are not available to all of the public on an equal basis. Therefore, you would be giving an unfair advantage to a selective group.

Price Action Man, I don't think this is the question of "hands on" or "hands off" approach. This is a question of whether or not the info should be prereleased by managements. Musya: My point had to do with whether changes in DCI's approach to distributing information would affect the shareholder base. And from the responses we've been getting, I think it's pretty clear that changes would have a fallout. The legal point is a different issue. I have read some suggestions that the type of information being distributed over the SI thread may be illegal. If that is true, then I would definitely rethink my position. Up to now, no one has presented any hard evidence on that point. If you, or anyone else, know where this information could be acquired, I would really like to know. By the way, I didn't realize you were a full-time trader. You are truly a brave man. I don't think I would have the stomach to do that. Good investing. PA
