Thanks :) A little anal retentive of me but I liked the use of *practising* in the sense of the verb... annoys me when Canucks use practice for the verb :) One practises at practice :) Quebec has a max payout for motor vehicle death since the insurance is gov backed no fault ... less than 1/2 million saaq.gouv.qc.ca However QC residents who travel out of province or Stateside.. better invest in 2Million liability :) It is rather counter intuitive since QC is a more socialist province in many ways... Higher ed is pretty dirt cheap... good schools... My impression of Brits has always been that they are rather cold.. cannot be a specific ethnic issue as they are such a hodgepodge ..
