Ed: I forgot to mention Orton's comments on acquisition's. He said for the time being they are focusing their attention on bingo halls as potential acquisitions. Although they are still interested in SC VGMs, they want (I will add "need") to know what the business environment is in SC in terms of taxes and regulations before making any further commitments there. In my opinion, this is the prudent thing to do. This is speculation on my part, of course, but I think/hope Wilson is spending his time in SC on the political situation rather than on potential acquisitions. Its risky and difficult to make good business decisions in a volatile regulatory environment. TKA
