Musya, I understand your concerns, however, I believe that everything that is posted on this board would be given to shareholders who call the company. In that regard, they are free to obtain the information if they wish. I have seen numerous posts on SI and seen in the papers where a company will tell a shareholder or a reporter that a news release will be coming out on or about a certain date. I believe if MJZ posts that DCTC will be making acquisitions in the 10k or 14k range and those never come to pass, then they are treading on thin ice. However, if he is saying we intend to do this and the company follows through, I don't see a problem. He has not named names. I was at my company's sales conference last February when Compaq said they had x number of dollars and would be making acquisitions. It was rumored all over that they were looking at DEC and they didn't confirm or deny it. It took a year to finalize that deal.
