Where have you heard it put that way. If at all, people might say that Trump sped it up. As for developing the covid vaccine...there was a sars-1 vaccine. I figured what they did is modify that. Amazing that fauci said 5 years. Much worse was he was helping to fund the Wuhan lab, which it looks now like may have developed and released covid 19. In that case, China should ante up a trillion dollars and fauci should be jailed.
