IMHO, the modest $.01 positive surprise was already factored into the price. I would not be surprised to see a small pull-back tomorrow as the institutions decide that CSCO is fully valued & look for better places to put their $$. I am both long CSCO and hold Feb puts covering my position (cheap insurance...think what might have happened if earnings had come in $.01 under estimates), so I will do ok no matter which way it moves in the short term. I'll probably sell the puts tomorrow after I see which way the wind blows. -Thomas
