Fauci, the main man of the corona pandemic. The trusted source, told us all in 1983 we would all die from casual contact with people who had aids. While he was telling associates one thing last year, he was telling us the opposite. Governments never lie. eh?

Bonefish, Whats amazing is fauci was so out of touch. You seem to have a much deeper knowledge of pharmas capabilities. No, actually I believed the same thing, that a vaccine for COVID-19 wasn't likely because of past difficulties of coming up with a SARS vaccine. mRNA in particular was unproven technology. Most vaccine developers all around the world were using different methods. AstraZeneca in particular was developing a more traditional vaccine, which is why our government preordered the most doses from them than from Pfizer or Moderna. I'm no virgin at being wrong, so I don't consider myself to be any more knowledgeable than Dr. Fauci. Too many people are dissecting Fauci's words as "gospel." He's a scientist just like any other scientist, and scientists know more about what they don't know than about what they do know. Tenchusatsu
