I'm wondering how you arrived at "your understanding" of this. This comment was made by you on 2/4/98. According to Mark Jacobi of the OTC Compliance Unit of NASD Regulations, one MM has filed during the last week of January and a response was made to the co. this week.
Why don't you call Mr. Jacobi at (301) 208-2802 for further clarification.

It seeems that the dismal portrait you are trying to paint will instead become a Van Gogh for RMIL shareholders.
