wrt good enough... distancing was poopooed over masks because governments and institutions were simply unprepared Due to the nature of my summer garden work I always have a more than ample supply of N95s... I still think it related to government being simply too big in the sense of being able to serve all the disparate groups .. so everyone compromises.. government becomes an animal consumed primarily by its own survival .. Switching between GOP and DEM or LIB and CON up here is no solution... a step in right direction would be less fed power and more state/province power.. even down to more municipal level power... folks will vote with their feet... Maybe a few new names would be in order... The Disparate States of America,, and The Disparate Provinces of Canada.. We are only the about the population of California (Awesomely close actually before the exodus to Texas started LOL) up here .. and we cannot agree among ourselves... government falters not only because of Central Control on too large a population ... but because a larger population is easier to manipulate political ... China certainly gonna need work on that one... or they will cause ultimately their own demise... But WTFIK... Gardiner who also works at HD )
