Well Michael, Looks like post #502 pretty close.

My question now is why did the 13g filing with First Wilshire come out after the close the night before earnings? That was either a coincidence or I smell a rat. How about accumulating one last time before earnings. How come earnings were not released before the open? My guess is to see how many more shares they could get before the news hit. BTW good report APCO. Morgan mentions continued sales and income growth as for the reason for the upgrade. I thought we had that last quarter. This company seems to be hitting on all cylinders and so the only thing now holding it back now is its name and being on the Nasdaq. Now lets all come up with a new name. I will start it off with Autobiometrics Neuroprotectionimaging Cryodigitalcompanyonics. hehehe

The best way is to move to the NYSE.

Have a good day all.
