Sorry, it was more rhetorical than anything. I was pointing out and questioning the sanity of doing anything to the stock that would drive its price from over a dollar (prereverse split) to less than $0.10/s (also prereverse split). Waite had 4M shares, if he has screwed up with the split and the price is going to tank this week, he has gone from 4M shares at $1.00+ to 400K at less than a dollar. This seemed to me to be a healthy loss.

That was my question to you, what was the motivation that caused him to, as some have indicated, throw away over $3.5M, for the opportunity to buy and sell, go long and go short.

Given the recent tone of the thread I will understand if your response, if any is somewhat subdued.

Just a recap. I am day trading this stock and making some money. I will let experts on this thread decide the merits and demerits. Happy trading. One thing I am sure that management is good in manipulating the price...I want to share their wealth.
