I could not get to the last two articles you posted. The first article is exactly what using the KillKey is all about. You have access to the same systems the MM's use. From our FAQ's: "Q: How do you differ from other online services such as E*Trade and e.Schwab? A: We don't sell your order flow anywhere, it goes straight to NASDAQ. We also never trade against clients' positions. At Castle, you have access to the same order entry systems the pros use." There were many people at Castle that traded TEAL without any problems. There will be improvements/updates within the next few months that will make the software much more efficiant. Thanks for voicing your opinion. Paul Castleonline
