David, That is an excellent idea. 1. I am in favor of the stock split. I cannot foresee any reason why this is not good for the shareholders, and might help with liquidity in the stock. 2. I am in favor of extending the Class A Preferred Stock, because if Darby gets to exercise these shares, all shareholders will be considerably richer by a multiple from here. We are in fact rewarding her for getting a job done that started with her vision 20 years ago, and for the last 5 years has occupied 23 1/2 hours of her every day. It has been her persistence and dedication to this goal at some very expensive costs, as you and your friend Mr. Pink have pointed out, that I believe she deserves a reward, and it will not cost the shareholders anything for the next 170% or so. If she wins we win big. 3. The options provision is important to reward key employees, attract good people, and when used properly is fairly standard for most companies that I invest in. In closing, CCSI for you is a name to be despised, for me it is a religion. You are well aware I have blinders on, and I have stated so since the beginning. However, the blinders do not prevent me from seeing, and hopefully understanding what the future holds. This business is about making bets, and winning more than you lose, and sometimes, maybe once or twice in a career you have a huge opportunity that you believe in, bet properly, hold through the storms, and come out on the other side of the rainbow with a huge pot of gold. Sorry you won't be with us, but as a wise old philosopher once said,"You can always tell a schmuck, but you can't tell him much."
