A great update on the property market. Thanks.

Yes owning a property is a lot more solid then any rental. I am considering Various "Plan B" opportunities.

My understanding though is that I am suited well to the property for a variety of reasons. But one has always be on guard to pull up the tent pegs and move on request with a thank you note to the owners. I will try and remain alert to the situation, and maybe intensify my intention to get some more stored wealth for "just in case" scenarios. This is a good place to contemplate such things, and also a good place to action intentions.

Regarding the property market. We can get a "mirror image" of valuations. Been there and done that a couple of times. If the property market is attractive all sorts jump on the bandwagon as a place to invest... followed by jumping off bandwagon at some point. London maybe overdue. Lots of foreign investment over the years. It kinda depends on how "The city" does is my WAG.
