John, Thanks for that info. on the competition - there is also a MEMS thread now. It is not real active but I check it occasionally nevertheless. Just type MEMS in the search box below. Gary

John... I looked at BEIQ and IRSN - It appears they're in the business of fabricating MEMS products. PTIS, on the other hand, supplies the equipment for etching the silicon chips. In this sense, would not BEIQ and IRSN be prospective customers of PTIS? Who are PTIS's direct competitors? From the quote attributed to the official at the University of Tel Aviv (see recent PTIS news release), it appears that PTIS has no competition able to perform on a global basis. Dave in KC
