I have to apologize myself, I certainly misunderstood you. I was not talking about newsletters, websites etc. I was talking about hints of what and when will be released. Like the info of the number of "waves," pretty good info on their timing, the hints on the size of deals, etc. This info appear here well before (one to 3 days before) the info hits the wires. This is what looks strange to me, and this is what (I am afraid) may get DCTC into trouble. I write this here not to get flamed, and not to hype or anti-hype. I am concerned about the legality of the process. Because if this sort of prereleases are not legal (and a certain legal action is initiated by some unhappy shareholders or by SEC), not many of the members of this thread (or anyone else for that matter, except shorts and lawyers) will be happy. And, BTW, the first people to get blamed then will be Joe and Michael. And everybody will forget then how hard they worked and what great deals they made possible... Musya.
