We eat them all year round, bought from same shop, and always fresh (i.e. the taste does not change) from whole fruits that we have to open ourself - i shall remember to ask where they got it.

Avoid fruits. More than 15 grams of sugar a day is bad for you. Pop a couple vitamin C a couple times a day
