You are not a high risk individual. I would take a more traditional vaccine. If you take an mRNA vaccine one dose should do.The second dose of an mRNA vaccine is dangerous in the young and I have seen many bad reactions to the second dose. My opinion is the benefits do not outweigh risks. I vaccinated 6 months later than my collegues so that was last month. My job was requiring a one week period after travel to return to work and I was going to Brasil so took the J and J vaccine I would have been ok with one dose of m RNA vaccine but I would not get credited as fully vaccinated so took J and J. I did get a visual migraine with left visual field fading in both eyes for 30 minutes I was driving home and took a nap at home and it was gone. I was marveling at what happened and my wife said “ its the vaccine stupid” I hadnt considered it until the moment
