Hello Frank:

Quite a list of questions I will try to answer them in order. I have questions for you.

charred is a nickname I have at work

1: In a PGD new release they sad they spent 60 million. After that they started constructing the mill. They could of spent more. How much not sure. I maybe wrong. I did read somewhere this. I will reference this when I can.

2) Hard question. They were published in 1986 but were later abandoned for non payment and to place the mine in production. These concessions revert back to the state in 1989.

Question 1) Why do you think the concessions were the taken away? Why didn't Mael take more care in protecting their concessions.

3) Another hard question. Remember I wasn't in the court room. The Supreme Court could be wrong, the MEM indicated that they weren't properly notified but the Court says yes. The internal procedures are different in the Courts than the Ministries. Or possible false documents. You can't rule this out.

4) Anywhere you go there will be a title problem. PDG may have thought there is no problem. In July 1991 CVG and Mael entered into agreement and Mael gave up the claims for a settlement. news release Sept 15. Placer thought the problem was solved.

Question 2): What do you know of this settlement and why hasn't Crystallex ever mentioned this deal? If they did please reference it.

5) When they received work contracts they probably assumed that they will get the mining contracts after they submit a study. I don't the know the whole answer. Companies never release all the information.

6) This is a question for the head geologist. Maybe he got a better deal somewhere else. Could be family problem.

Question 3): Why does this matter to you? Where did you get this information? If from a friend just say so. I from the company that is different.

7) You have to help me with one. You seem to know more about problems with CVG than I.

Questions 4): What are the problems with CVG? List 2 past problems.

8) Maybe the lawyers felt the settlement in 1991 might proposed a problem. They made a mistake there but it doesn't warrant taking the title away. Remember Mael agree to the settlement.

9) Again you have to help me on this one.

Question 5): What empty promises? List a couple of old problems.

10) Good for KRY. It is a small mine next to a great resource. Remember the geologists from KRY did not find the LC deposit.

11) Okay educate me. Who are they? Are they engineers with a great environmental background. What past experiences do they have?

12) This information I don't have. This is company information. The was one new release I will find it later.

Question 6): What do they get paid and how do you know this? Friend, company

Question 7): What is the average wage in Venezuela? What are the benefits etc?

13) Why does this matter?

14) I answered all the questions to best of my ability with the information you have.

15) It is my right to enter this tread. I paid my money. If this is only for KRY shareholders I suggest you start a club on another website. Have a password etc.

16) Personal problems lack of knowledge, likes to get information in the street. Likes to Gossip.

Please answer my questions and how do you know so much about the CVG. It seems to me they let you down in the past.

Please answer.

Cheers
