All the rental property terms and conditions I have seen are "no pets, no smokers " and I have to be ready to up tent pegs and move if required.. Hopefully not, but I prefer to remain prepared. There is a bird of prey hovering about the front lawn since I moved in. I took a snap. and have named him "Frank". He is my pet for now, or maybe it's visa versa, he skidaddled soon as I took the picture from some distance away, I expect he will be back though.
