SO true George. On both counts. This was a fantastic deal based on what we know -- a great time to buy more IMO. If what Joe stated about the earnings is true and accurate -- that puts DCTC's future EPS at almost $1 -- for a $2.50 stock that is hard to beat.
Eric
By the way -- having Joe and Michael here is the MAIN reason I put up the money for this one. There is a lot of hype sounding "stuff" on both of the DCTC threads, but I cannot blame anyone -- this company is doing some wonderful things.
There are some big sellers right now -- they sell into any and all buying. Same as CGIX -- once those people are out this stock will move. If DCTC keeps buying up those shares we will benefit in obvious ways -- EPS and the stock both head up at the same time.

George, I also stepped up to the plate for a few more shares today, this WorldPass deal looks really great to me and I like the way things are shaping up for the company. I for one don't understand why there is so much concern by some as to the release timing of news. Unless one is only concerned with the very short term perhaps for trading purposes, I would think that news good or bad would have the same overall effect on share price positive or negative whether released at once or whether we all had some idea of what was coming.

George, Re:

Assuming such a frivolous lawsuit ever manifested based on the now "pay for service status of SI versus its previously free access", it would only profit the group that such suits always profits (All together now)..."The attorneys!" <g> It would hardly impede the success of an honest, going concern which I'm sure we all consider DCI to be.

Do you think I am saying that ANY shareholders will profit from such an action? No way. This is how attorneys make their money. All I am saying is that if the rules are violated, then such thing as lawsuit may happen (I am not crazy enough to initiate one). And then DCTC will pay those attorneys to defend them, and then the stock price will go down. Thus, as I said, the only people to win will be shorts and lawyers.

Acquisitions often impact the stock to the negative in the short run. I was glad to see the dip today. I consider it a mere dalliance and I added to my position.

I too think that the stock will eventually go higher, and, possibly, much higher.
As far as negative impact in the short run... Well, it is not natural in the recent case: the added company brings equivalent of .62 per share to DCTC's 0.13...

Well, as you say, ONWARD. Let us see what happens next. This is a fascinating story. Fun to watch. And very educational.

Musya.

George, just to correct one point. Unless this has changed in the last couple of weeks, SI is still free to readers, just not to posters. Of course, the reader must have access to the internet which isn't free.
