Consistently, investors assume decision-makers are rational, in spite of all the evidence. Today, the Fed is buying mortgage-backed securities…..during a housing bubble.

Recently, I tried to buy some real estate. I made a bid at the ask, and the realtor told me that was not good enough. I told her I would pay 10% over the ask. Someone outbid me.
