Alex/all, take a look at a 5 day chart & the timing of that upgrade.

It could be coincidence, but there was a huge sudden volume of buying at about 8 3/8 about one trading day before the upgrade & earnings. The stock started to sell off right from earnings. Yesterday there were a couple large blocks selling bringing it back to about 8 3/8. Again, it could be coincidence, but it seems like the buyers that brought it up, left again after the upgrade failed to break the stock out. I'll wait for a drop closer to book value, or I'll miss this one.

good luck,
Tom
