There is an article in the WSJ Interactive edition.
To be formally announced today.
Littlejohn & Levy will obtain a 26% position in the company. Also provides for a tender of 33% of the shares at $14.

Overall, this is disappointing.

The article goes indicates that the deal was endorsed by Relational Investors and Franklin, so presumably this is the best deal that could be had.

Now, what is the best strategy? May see a lot of stock get dumped again subsequent to the tender. So perhaps the best strategy would be to tender and grab some money.

Any thoughts?
