Re <<They are going to do an underwriting -- what will the shares be price at (will buyers of those shares be able to purchase at a discount to market as is generally the case?)

They are paying millions of shares out for services. Do you have any clue what Bulls Run Investments Limited does to make then worthy of 19,100,000 - or nearly $60 million dollars worth of stock?

(1) by my experience of the past few months of patient aggregation and laborious stalking, altogether much akin to staking in a private equity / SPAC, mathematically speaking, that the share trading is completely dominated by whomever on the other side of the screen

(2) my guess, and judging by the team's track record, just a guess, they are looking to inject IPs into the dormant ABTI and revive its get-up&go

(3) do not know what the IPs might be, except that they ought to be cannabis related

(4) once they inject, they must talk the game up, and do a round of raise at as high a valuation for as low a dilution they can manage, ala any private equity / publicly-listed private equity

(5) so, no, ABTI is definitely not a DRD or SBSW or SA, or even BTCC.u or ETHH.u, but it might go up quite a bit, to enable more capacity for DRD

The Boyz need to boost both liquidity when they pull the trigger on the get-go, and to boost the valuation, and to arrange for a buyout as they did before so that they might get out

I imagine I should be out when am sated, as opposed to greedily waiting for kingdom come. Or

'When' is the issue. At current rate would take a while to get out. Imagine any turning in of chips, when detected by the whomever on the other side of the screen as systemic selling, and would not take much to detect given that 'they' are at the staging phase, would quickly crater the stock or shrivel the buy orders.

I might choose to sell 1/3 - 1/4 and get my capital out.

ABTI is a game, much like ultra junior miners and minute banks, except implied valuation is ultra high. Realistic valuation okay given the free float is not actually free floating.
