So the dems vote a simple majority tomorrow to eliminate the filibuster and dems pass HR 1 with 50 and Harris tiebreaker.

It would take 10 R's to pass anything , except perhaps tax bills which takes just a simple majority. We will survive this, until Trump commands the Senate in 2022
