The Patriots could never have envisaged something as fundamentally absurd as the nonsense you are promoting.

All I'm proposing is that we, as citizens, recognize and appreciate the contributions and sacrifices of those who built what we have inherited. That's patriotism 101 and all those in Arlington Cemetery would recognize it as such, not spit on it as you are.

Everything else you're conjuring up as a straw man and then hacking at it. Go back and read, actually read, what I've written, if you can. I've not laid a glove on anyone's property.

The NE Patriots?, Because the founders were pretty much all slaveowners. This guy may have owned the fewest:

Franklin owned two slaves, George and King, who worked as personal servants, and his newspaper, the Pennsylvania Gazette, commonly ran notices involving the sale or purchase of slaves and contracts for indentured laborers. In addition to slaves from Africa, the colonies depended upon other forms of cheap labor.
