Actually there were 2 blocks of 200,000 plus within a few minutes yesterday. The lack of a major debacle is a positive IMO.

Heavy insider selling in ABSC

Reports filed with the SEC showed 813,698 shares on form 144 filings in January at an average price of $12.95 and 720,566 shares in December at an average price of $13.48 mostly sold by "parties owning over 10% of the shares of the company." In addition there was a form 4 filed in January for 170,000 shares at an average price of $13.09. These reports may have been for sales in December and may not include all sales during January (or coming).

IMO, don't expect much price rise until these original investors are taken out by the public. The stock is too thinly traded to sustain a lot of big trades but should be good in the long run.
