Thanks tonto,where is the payment money coming from? I wonder what accounts the checks are drawn off these days? Who's paying RMCWs employees? Who's paying OVISs employees? Where are the funds coming from to make these payments,as well as, the lease payments for the individual companies? DD
PS: if I'm not mistaken, the $200,000 loan is due in March?

"Loan in the original amount of $ 200,000 with payments of interest only at prime plus 2% per annum for the first seventeen months and a final balloon payment and all unpaid interest pus(companies spelling mistake) the original principal amount due March 1998. This loan is secured by machinery and equipment. $200,000"

Which brings us to the question-what happens if they loose the machinery and equipment by defalt?
"The portion of the leased facility of Olympus Mills USA, Inc. at 749 West 17th Street, Hialeah, Florida is currently being subleased to Ladies Wear for the amount of $5,000.00 per month and the Company's cutting equipment is being leased for an additional $1,000.00 per month. This agreement was entered into on June 24, 1996." Breach of contract? DD
