His "proof" is that Zuckerberg was behind some grants that were funded with normal contractual provisions. So, nothing illegal and nothing fraudulent, but it was stolen. Because, reasons...

Apparently i-node is under the impression that grants are given out with no proof that the money is actually being spent on what the grant was for.
