1) Fund the police. Get more "boots on the ground," as even the Baltimore chief of police is calling for. Train our police to much higher standards. That requires the exact opposite of "defunding."

I agree, however I would defund a National Police Force that has grown too big and has a political agenda contrary to the U.S. Constitution.
